Proxy24 provides a browser-based web proxy service that routes your internet traffic through our servers to help you browse anonymously and access content that may be geo-restricted in your region.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with appropriate notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Proxy24 to:

• Access, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Conduct unauthorised penetration testing, port scanning, or network attacks
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content in violation of a website's terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately for any violation of these rules.

All content, branding, software, and technology comprising Proxy24 — including but not limited to the website design, logos, and source code — are the exclusive property of Proxy24 and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proxy24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed €50.

The Service may be used to access third-party websites. Proxy24 has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Proxy24 operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
